Todd Stice is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in healthcare and wellness. He is hyper-focused on building a wellness ecosystem that combines proven traditional methods with cutting-edge recovery and wellness modalities. His mission is to empower members not just to believe in their dreams, but to have the certainty that they are worthy and capable of achieving beyond them. He’s committed to helping unleash human potential and bringing in industry leaders who share the same vision. Outside of work, Todd enjoys skiing, sports, and spending time on the lake with his wife, Sarah, and their three children. He is also pursuing a PhD in Natural Medicine, with a focus on Biofeedback related to mental health and wellness.

A lifelong fitness enthusiast, Adam’s heart lies in teaching and empowering people to recognize their potential. Inspired by the words of the poem Good Timber, he strives to serve God, his family, and his community, embodying the values of compassion and dedication in everything he does.
As a proud father of four (that’s right—two boys and two girls!), Adam finds joy in every moment spent with his wife, who he describes as his everything. He hopes that through his work and personal journey, he can instill a sense of greatness in everyone he meets, making wellness a shared adventure.

From leading family hikes and organizing outdoor activities to fitting in workouts between school runs, she seamlessly integrates fitness into her routine, inspiring her children and others to embrace a healthy way of life. As an active member of her community, Katrina is deeply involved in local sports programs and wellness initiatives, using her expertise to motivate and support others in their fitness journeys. Her commitment to health extends beyond personal achievement, as she fosters a vibrant, supportive environment for her family and community to thrive both physically and emotionally.

With a background as a cheerleading coach and dance teacher, she’s spent years honing the art of movement and understanding the importance of flexibility, strength, and body awareness. Having trained dancers of all levels, Bekah knows how vital mobility is for performance and overall well-being. Bekah’s journey as a mother of four active boys has further fueled her commitment to promoting healthy movement patterns. Bekah has had the privilege of training them for their various sports, allowing her to understand the specific needs of young athletes and how to enhance their performance while preventing injuries. Bekah’s mission is to empower individuals through tailored programs that enhance their flexibility, strength, and mobility, helping them achieve their fitness goals, whether they’re athletes or simply looking to improve their quality of life. Jeff Jackson
Personal Trainer – Performance Director
Jeff Jackson Bio
Jeff Jackson, United States Marine, Former Professional Boxer, and Certified Personal Trainer. Certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a personal Trainer and also sub-certified as a nutrition coach, corrective exercise specialist, bodybuilding, and physique coach, Group fitness trainer, and MMA conditioning specialist, BLS/ACLS certified. Jeff graduated with a B.S. in Biology from Boise State University and spent much of his life working in the field of medicine. As a trainer, Jeff has worked with all age groups and has worked with the Ontario Marine Corps recruiters in preparing young men and women to survive Boot Camp and serve their country. Jeff works with chronic medical conditions under the advisement of physicians to improve health, achieve weight loss, and manage health safely and effectively.

A Boise native, Katlyn relocated in 2020 to be closer to her husband’s family, embracing the charm of a close-knit community over the bustle of a big city. Outside of her professional life, Katlyn values quality time with her family and enjoys outdoor activities such as camping, fishing, and park outings. A drag racing enthusiast, she often channels her love for speed and competition at Firebird Raceway.

As a dedicated member of the Fusion Fitness team, I take pride in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our members. My responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with membership sales, and ensuring our facilities are clean and inviting. With a background rooted in the beautiful outdoors of Idaho, I bring a friendly, approachable demeanor to my role.
Outside of work, you can find me enjoying the great outdoors—whether it’s fishing, hunting, or exploring nature. I also have a passion for classic cars, appreciating their history and craftsmanship. I’m excited to connect with our members and help them achieve their fitness goals!

Before anything else, Mes is a mother to two of the sweetest beings. She lives to be the best Mother she can be. She spends the weekends adventuring outside with her kids, visiting family, or spending time inside with one another making memories. When she’s not with her kids, Mes is either working one of two jobs, working out, rewarding herself with some self-care, training in martial arts, or reading about the human brain & what we are capable of if we put our minds to it.

The friendly face you’ll see at the front desk of Fusion Fitness in Payette, where she also juggles her role as the assistant coach for the Payette High School girls’ soccer team. Originally from Hilo, Hawaii, Ana earned a soccer scholarship to Blue Mountain Community College and made her mark as the leading scorer for four straight years. Now, she’s passionate about helping young athletes find their footing, both on and off the field, sharing her love for the game and her experience as a player.
