Looking for a fun, high-energy way to get moving and burn calories? Zumba® is a dance fitness class that combines Latin and international music with easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness experience. Whether you’re a seasoned dancer or stepping onto the dance floor for the first time, Zumba is for everyone!
Each class feels more like a dance party than a workout, but don’t let the fun fool you – you’ll be getting a full-body cardio workout that improves endurance, coordination, and overall fitness. With rhythms like salsa, merengue, reggaeton, and cumbia, you’ll groove your way to better health while having a blast.

Silver, Stable, & Strong
Our Silver Stable & Strong Classes are thoughtfully designed to cater to the unique needs and goals of older adults, blending safety with effective exercise to enhance overall well-being. Each session is crafted to improve strength, flexibility, and balance while focusing on low-impact movements that reduce the risk of injury. Participants will engage in a variety of exercises, from gentle strength training and cardiovascular activities to flexibility routines and balance drills. Boxing Fitness
Boxing fitness is an intense and dynamic workout that combines the fundamental techniques of boxing with a high-energy exercise regimen. Yoga
Find your rhythm, connect to your breath, and flow with intention. This Vinyasa-style class is designed to link movement and breath in a continuous, mindful flow. Expect creative, feel-good sequences that challenge and center you—while incorporating focused breathwork (pranayama) to deepen your practice and calm your nervous system.
Each class begins with grounding breathwork, builds into a dynamic flow to energize the body, and winds down with guided breath to leave you feeling refreshed, centered, and more connected to yourself.

Body Balance
Body Balance involves exercises that will strengthen stabilizing muscles to improve posture, balance, and mobility. An intermediate-level class that provides progressions or modifications for those who need it. Core engagement is the core of every exercise. This class is perfect for anyone looking to start an exercise program or long-time class attendees. Weights will be provided, or you are welcome to bring your own. ALL are welcome!
BODY BALANCE is available in our Fruitland Studio
Spin- Cycling
Get ready to push your limits in our high-energy Spin Cycle classes! Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned rider, our dynamic sessions are designed to challenge and motivate you.
