Fusion Fitness Membership Agreement Terms and Conditions

Membership Dues

The Member agrees to pay monthly membership dues as established at the time of enrollment. These dues are subject to adjustment upon notice. The Member acknowledges responsibility for all applicable fees, including any charges that may arise from the Member’s usage of the facilities. The Member agrees to be responsible for paying all annual fees that will be used for the improvements/maintenance of the gym locations.

Automatic Payment Authorization

By signing this agreement, the Member authorizes Fusion Fitness to initiate automatic recurring charges for monthly dues to the Member’s designated account or credit card. The Member agrees that such charges will continue until the membership is terminated under this Agreement.

Late Payments

If a payment is not successfully processed, a late fee of $25 will be applied to the Member’s account. If payment remains overdue for three (3) months, the Member’s membership will be terminated. To rejoin, the Member must purchase a new membership and pay any applicable enrollment fees.

Membership Hold and Cancellations

Hold

The Member may request a hold on their membership for a minimum of one (1) month and a maximum of three (3) months per calendar year.

All hold requests can be made by calling our office line, speaking with front desk staff, or by sending an email request. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, the request must be submitted at least 2 business days before the next billing date.

A $6 per month hold fee will apply during the hold period. While on hold, monthly dues are suspended and will automatically resume once the hold period ends.

Cancellation

Memberships may be canceled through Fusion Fitness24 via our online portal, mobile app, email.

To avoid being billed for the next cycle, cancellation requests must be received at least 2 business days before the next billing date. No refunds will be given for any portion of dues paid if the cancellation request is received late, and the Member remains liable for dues during this notice period.

By canceling your membership, you forfeit any grandfathered or discounted membership rates associated with your account.

*Important: Canceling a primary membership does not automatically cancel any linked or secondary memberships (such as family add-ons or partner accounts). Each linked membership must be canceled individually using one of the same cancellation methods listed above.

Member Conduct and Facility Rules

Members must adhere to all gym rules and policies. Failure to comply may result in termination of membership with no refund. All members are expected to:

Respect staff, fellow members, and equipment.

Refrain from any behavior that could cause injury or disrupt the experience of other gym users.

Use respectful language; vulgar, offensive, or aggressive behavior is not tolerated.

Wear proper gym attire, including clean athletic shoes; no open-toe footwear or sandals.

Shirts must be worn at all times.

Use a clean towel each visit; towels left will be discarded.

Wipe down equipment after use with disinfectant wipes provided.

RACK ALL WEIGHTS after use; do not drop weights or weight stacks.

Only perform safe and appropriate exercises; unsafe or excessive behaviors (e.g., sprinting in walkways, lunges in narrow areas) are prohibited.

No loitering in workout areas or monopolizing machines.

Stereo/speaker use is prohibited unless using personal headphones.

No outside supplements, food, or unauthorized training allowed unless approved by management.

Any observed broken or malfunctioning equipment must be reported immediately.

Use of the gym under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or tobacco is strictly prohibited.

No street shoes allowed on workout floors.

Facility Access and Hours

The Member is entitled to access Fusion Fitness facilities during the established operating hours.

All members must scan in individually using their membership app or card. Two people may not enter on one scan.

Children under 10 are strictly prohibited from entering the facility at any time.

Children ages 10–14 may only enter as paid members/guests and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is also a member.

Guest Privileges

The Member is permitted to bring guests to the facility, subject to a $10 guest fee.

All guests must sign a waiver of liability before using the facilities.

The member is responsible for ensuring that guests follow all gym rules.

Classes

Fusion Fitness offers a variety of group fitness and training classes.

Registration is recommended for all classes. Walk-ins may be turned away if a class is at maximum capacity.

If you register and cannot attend for any reason, you must unregister through the booking system.

Advanced group training sessions are subject to a no-show fee if you do not unregister at least 1 hour prior to the scheduled class time.

Changes to Agreement

Fusion Fitness reserves the right to modify this Membership Agreement at any time, with changes taking effect upon providing the Member with notice. Continued use of the facilities following such notice shall constitute acceptance of the modified terms.

Membership App/Card Access

Membership access through our app is issued upon joining and must be presented upon entry.

Cards are available upon request for a $10 replacement fee.

Misuse or sharing of membership access is grounds for termination.

Gym Equipment and Safety

The Member acknowledges they are responsible for safe, appropriate use of all equipment.

Report broken/malfunctioning equipment or unsafe conditions immediately.

Do not drop weights or slam equipment.

Use a towel and clean machines after use.

Follow all posted safety signage and staff instructions.

Any unsafe or irresponsible conduct may result in suspension or termination.

Reset 360 Services

Cold Plunge and Sauna Use

The Member acknowledges that cold plunge and sauna facilities are available only with certain membership tiers.

Use must follow all posted safety instructions, including maximum time limits.

Members with pre-existing health conditions (e.g., heart, skin, or respiratory conditions) must consult a physician before use.

Misuse of the sauna or plunge may result in loss of access to those amenities.

Other Reset 360 Services

Fusion Fitness offers services such as PNOE testing, Brain Tap, personal training, nutritional coaching, and wellness consultations under its Reset 360 brand.

Services may have separate fees and booking policies, which must be adhered to.

Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours in advance or may incur a fee.

Liability and Monitoring

All Members enter and use the facility at their own risk.

Fusion Fitness is not liable for injury, illness, or loss incurred while using the facility.

The premises may be monitored via video and audio surveillance to protect members and enforce rules.

Fusion Fitness reserves the right to deny access or terminate memberships at its sole discretion for violation of this agreement or facility rules.

Failure to comply with entry rules, including misuse of membership access or allowing unauthorized entry, may result in suspension or termination of membership.
